Arielle Cowie is a singer, songwriter, and creative strategist from Trinidad and Tobago whose work is rooted in storytelling, expression, and purpose. With experience in content, copywriting, and creative strategy, Arielle brings both artistry and intention to everything she does. As a recording artist, she is focused on shaping a sound that blends Caribbean, Afro, and R&B influences while building a career with global reach and lasting impact.

MEET DOMINIQUE
Dominique Himiob is the Founder of Amare Probiotics Limited, Trinidad’s first Kombucha Microbrewery and a pioneering force in Caribbean wellness. Over the past decade, she has built a company dedicated to delivering gut-friendly products that genuinely improve the health and lives of the people it serves.
Driven by a deep belief in the power of functional nutrition, Dominique has made it her mission to transform digestive health across the Caribbean — one culture at a time. Her work sits at the intersection of entrepreneurship, wellness, and community, reflecting a commitment to building something that is both purposeful and lasting.
Dominique lives in Trinidad with her husband, Gustavo, and their two daughters, Chloe and Amelie, navigating the vibrant intersections of business leadership, health advocacy, and family life — and doing so with the same quiet conviction that has defined everything she has built.
MEET HAYLEY
Hayley Knaggs is an interior architect whose work is rooted in creating spaces that feel considered, functional, and deeply connected to the way people live. Based in Barbados, she has worked on a range of projects across the Caribbean and beyond, spanning residential homes, hospitality spaces, and boutique retail environments.
As the founder and lead designer of Knaggs & Co., her work reflects a balance of structure and creativity – where thoughtful planning meets a strong attention to detail.
She is particularly drawn to Caribbean architecture and the way design can shape how a space feels, moves, and functions on a daily basis. Outside of her work, she values time with her family and the life they are building together.
MEET JODI
Jodi Mathura is the CEO of Galt and Littlepage, where she leads the evolution of a 40-year family office furniture business into new territories while honoring its legacy of quality and service.
A Physics graduate, she began her career in the oil and gas sector, spending a decade in highly technical and leadership-track roles before making the bold decision to step away and take on the role of second-generation leader.
Her leadership is grounded in a strength-based approach—focusing on recognizing, developing, and leveraging the unique capabilities of her team to drive performance and growth. She believes that when people are positioned to lead from their strengths, both the business and the individuals within it thrive.
Based in Trinidad and Tobago, Jodi balances her role as CEO with life as a wife and mother of three, often found on the sidelines of a football field or moving between dance rehearsals.

Laura Narayansingh is a Registered Architect and creative entrepreneur. With more than a decade of experience shaping residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces across the region, Laura approaches architecture as both craft and narrative, creating places that not only function beautifully but reflect the lives, landscapes, and aspirations of the people they serve.
Her work has been featured in Dezeen, Architectural Digest, and in the book Women in Architecture by the Royal Institute of British Architects.
Laura is driven by a belief that design has the power to open possibilities. Whether through the spaces she creates or the ventures she pursues, she seeks to build environments and opportunities that invite others to step boldly into their own potential.
Laura lives in Trinidad with her husband, Veer, and their two children. There, she navigates the rich intersections of design leadership, entrepreneurship, and family life while continuing to explore how architecture and creativity shape meaningful experiences.

Sarah Cabral is the Managing Director of Y. De Lima & Co Ltd., a leading family-owned jewelry business with a legacy spanning over a century.
Stepping into leadership in recent years, she has taken on the responsibility of sustaining that legacy while evolving it—balancing tradition, craftsmanship, and service with the demands of a modern business landscape.
Her leadership is rooted in the belief that the strength of a business lies in its people. She is known for drawing out the capability, experience, and strengths within her team—creating an environment where individuals are engaged, valued, and able to contribute at their highest level.
Based in Trinidad and Tobago, Sarah finds balance outside of work by spending time with her friends.

Samantha Conyers is a Caribbean business executive and strategist with more than 15 years of experience driving brand growth, business development and market expansion across retail, telecommunications and consulting, with a speciality in experience design and management. She has built her career by helping organisations translate ambition into action, leading initiatives that strengthen partnerships, unlock opportunity and create lasting customer and commercial impact.
She has proven leadership experience navigating change, making complex decisions and delivering results in demanding environments, while remaining deeply committed to her role as a mother to Eli and Lyla. Her perspective is shaped by the realities of juggling professional responsibility with family life, community involvement and a continuous drive for growth and impact.
